Was fun to see everyone. Nice day of diving, hope my lungs survive the surface intervals though. Should have brought enough tanks to breathe form a regulator on the surface.

Where did you find the warbonnet out in the open? I keep finding them in little holes; never out in the open like that

Got lucky I guess. It was on Granite Point Wall. There is the nice north-south ridge which is south of the main wall proper with a little cove in-between. The north end of the ridge has a bit of hydrocoral on it. I had just finished shooting some crabs in the hydrocoral and drifted up a bit shallower and suddenly realized I was looking at a warbonnet in the open. Stayed out for quite a while before it finally ducked into a hole on the east side of the ridge Doubt I could find the hole again but it was about 30 feet south of the north end of the ridge and at a depth of around 40 feet.
