Today was another afternoon dive with Jim on the Escapade, but before that I went for a run with Naia at Carmel Beach. There were several dogs at the beach and we had a great time. I actually saw the Escapade anchored at the pinnacles during the walk, but didn't have my cell-phone to call for a beach pick-up ;-). The waves were small enough that we could have swam and jump into the boat ;-)

We descended at one of the drop zones in the bay and landed in the center of a small shell island. We headed West and found a 3-4 ft ledge and swam along it for most of the dive. There were a lot of vermillions swimming in and out of the ledge and tons on nudibranches at the bottom.
